It’s a longing for the world to recognize Jesus as Lord and Savior. It’s a longing to see loved ones come to know Christ and follow Him. It’s a longing that wants the evil in the world to go away (it will, but all in God’s timing). It’s a longing that keeps me seeking the Lord and His Truth. Each day as I watch the news I hear about shootings, robberies, missing kids, sports victories and losses, politics – and if it’s a good day – some happy news. There’s always something crazy the media can find to report.
